Grapes selection can be carried out using two different types of machine: manual selection systems, with the presence of operators who carry out selection operations, and automatic selection systems, which separate extraneous parts mechanically. Manual selection equipment includes grapes dosing and sorting tables, as well as belts for the sorting and transfer of grapes. Enoveneta also offers two types of technology for the automatic selection of grapes: “Grapesort” and “Vitisort”.
